We want to make your shopping experience “hassle free” and “safe”. Our site is specifically designed to make this process as straight forward as possible. However, you need to know a little more about the buying process, our terms and conditions of sale and your rights when buying from us.
The following will hopefully answer any questions you may have as well as laying out our terms and conditions of sale.
By placing an order with us you agree to our terms and conditions and will be shown a link to this page when you check out your order. You will also be required to give your consent to the use of your personal details during the checking out process. This is a legal requirement and an order cannot be processed without this consent. Payment Options
We accept all major debit and credit card payments which are processed via a secure server powered by Stripe. We also accept payments by PayPal account holders. We are also more than happy to accept cash or bank transfer although in this case goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared our account.
We accept orders from New Zealand and Australia. However, for overseas buyers payment must be made via PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal account holder to make debit or credit card payments.
Credit Card Security
Entry of credit/debit card numbers is made on the Stipe or PayPal websites and not on Soul Magnolia Crystals. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our website at any time. Please see our privacy notice
Delivery Charges
All prices shown on the website are in NZ dollars and are inclusive of any NZ taxes. Delivery charges are not included in the products published price and will be added to you invoice on completion of you order.
However, the delivery cost is clearly shown when you view the shopping cart as is the country to which your order will be shipped. The default destination country is New Zealand. If this is not the case then please select your country from the drop down box and the revised costs will be automatically displayed.
Dispatch and Delivery
We endeavor to dispatch orders within 1 to 4 working days upon receipt of cleared payment from Monday to Friday except NZ Bank Holidays. If payment is by bank transfer, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared our account.
If for any reason there is any delay we will inform you as soon as we possibly can.
All items shown on this website are “in stock” unless otherwise indicated by an “Out of Stock” or “Sold Out” displayed alongside the product description.
Packages are dispatched within NZ via CourierPost. The maximum weight for overseas orders is 2 kg.
Confirmation of Order
On checking out you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase together with information regarding payment and delivery. If for any reason you do not receive this e-mail within 12 hours then please get in touch with us.
Damaged Goods
Goods damaged or proved faulty in transit will be replaced wherever possible or alternatively a full refund will be made. Please notify us immediately of any such occurrence.

Complaints
We truly hope that you don’t, but should you have any complaints please contact us in confidence by e-mail giving details of your complaint and your suggestion of how we can resolve the situation. We will act as quickly as possible to rectify any problem you have with our goods or services.
Measurements
All measurements given on this website are approximate although we do try to describe our products as accurately as we can.
Our Right to Cancel
Although extremely unlikely, Soul Magnolia Crystals reserve the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of placement. Notification will be given by e-mail as soon as possible and a full refund (including postage) will be issued and your personal information deleted.

All pictures and product descriptions held on www.Soulmagnoliacrystals.com are the sole property of Soul Magnolia Crystals and may not be used or copied without written permission from Soul Magnolia Crystals. We have the right to change, alter or remove any details or items as is necessary or as we feel is appropriate.
Confidentiality
We only collect sufficient information from you so that we can process your order. Please see our privacy notice for further details. We do not require you to enter your telephone number but you may wish to add that information so that we can contact you in the event of any e-mail failure.
We will not contact you for any reason other than that related to your order or in answering any question that you may have.
