We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time. 

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at soulmagnolianz@gmail.com within 48 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Soul Magnolia.

What to do If my items are missing or damaged?

Should any items be missing from your parcel when it arrives, faulty or damaged please notify us as soon as possible on soulmagnolianz@gmail.com and we will get onto it straight away.


If you are asked to return your item, please make sure it is well packaged for the journey.

Please note that we do not normally refund postage costs.
